01. Data Collection Overview
At My Pet Call, our primary goal is to provide deep veterinary insights while maintaining absolute data integrity. We collect only the data strictly necessary to operate the Service.
- Contact Information: Your name and email address, collected securely to email your final diagnostic report.
- Image Data: Photographs or real-time webcam captures of your pet, used exclusively for algorithmic health analysis.
- Diagnostic Logs: AI-generated health scores, severity metrics, and timestamp metadata associated with your scan session.
02. Ephemeral Processing & Storage
We employ an "Ephemeral Processing" workflow for all image data:
- When an image is submitted, it is converted into a secure Base64 stream and transmitted to our AI API provider (Google Gemini) for real-time analysis.
- The raw image data is not permanently saved, publicly hosted, or stored in public datasets by My Pet Call.
- Once the analysis is complete, we temporarily store the resulting JSON text report (which includes the health scores and your email address) on our secure servers solely for the purpose of initiating the email delivery system.
03. Human Gatekeeper Protocol
To strictly protect human privacy, our system includes an automated Gatekeeper algorithm. Every image uploaded is instantly pre-screened. If the model detects human biometric features as the primary subject, the process is immediately aborted. We do not process, analyze, or store images of human subjects.
04. Third-Party Data Processors
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or pet imagery to advertisers. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the tool:
- AI Compute: Google API Services (for processing the computer vision model).
- Communications: Secure email dispatch providers used to deliver your final clinical PDF/report.
05. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You maintain full control over your diagnostic data. If you wish to have your session data, email address, or JSON clinical reports permanently purged from our secure servers, you may submit a deletion request to our technical team. Upon request, all associated identifiers will be permanently destroyed.
