By accessing and using the My Pet Call diagnostic tool ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service. The Service is provided by My Pet Call for informational and educational purposes regarding animal biometrics and health.
02. NOT VETERINARY MEDICAL ADVICE
My Pet Call is NOT a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
The clinical reports, severity scores, and "Vet's Advice" generated by our AI models (evaluating metrics like Coat Quality, Eye Clarity, and Paw Condition) are strictly algorithmic predictions based on pixel density and computer vision mapping. You should never disregard professional veterinary advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this Service. In the event of a pet emergency, contact your local veterinarian immediately.
03. AI Limitations & Accuracy
While our model operates on a verified 96.2% baseline accuracy across clinical pathology images, AI computer vision is subject to limitations including poor lighting, camera angles, and breed-specific physical anomalies.
- We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in the detection of erythema, cataracts, alopecia, or other conditions.
- The generated "Wellness Score" is a heuristic estimation and holds no legal or medical diagnostic weight.
- If a body part is not fully visible, the AI will default to a neutral score (75) to prevent false positives.
04. Acceptable Use & Human Subject Gatekeeper
This Service is strictly calibrated for **Canine and Feline** subjects. As part of our strict privacy and processing protocols, My Pet Call utilizes a pre-screening Gatekeeper algorithm. Uploading images of human subjects is strictly prohibited. If the system detects human biometric data, the scan will be immediately aborted, and the image will be discarded.
05. Data Privacy & Ephemeral Processing
We value your privacy. Your pet’s images are analyzed via secure API edge servers. While temporary session data and JSON clinical reports (including participant email/name) are stored strictly for the purpose of emailing you the forensic report, the original Base64 image streams are not permanently aggregated into public datasets. 06. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall My Pet Call, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, or reliance upon the AI-generated clinical findings. You assume all responsibility for the health and well-being of your pet.
